Distance Sales Contract
This Distance Selling Agreement ("Agreement") has been drawn up between [Company Name], [Company Address] ("Seller") and the person who shops and orders through the website ("Customer") in order to determine the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sales transactions carried out through [Site Name].

2. Topic
This Agreement regulates the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the supply and delivery by the Seller of the products or services purchased by the Customer through Aselbelis.co.
3. Purchased Products
The Customer specifies the products purchased from the Seller within the scope of this contract, and the purchased products will be compatible with the product information approved by the Customer during the payment process. The features, prices and delivery information of the purchased products are as specified on the product pages on [Site Name].
4. Price and Payment Terms
The price of purchased items will be based on the amount stated during the checkout process.
Product prices include VAT.
Before completing the order, the Customer selects the payment method and pays with the specified payment method.
Payment can be made by credit card, debit card or other online payment methods.
5. Delivery
The Seller is obliged to deliver the products to the Customer within 30 (thirty) days at the latest after the order is completed.
Delivery will be made to the address provided by the Customer during the order. The shipping cost for delivery belongs to the Customer, unless otherwise stated.
During delivery, the Customer must check that the product is undamaged and, in case of any damage, have a report drawn up by the courier officer.
6. Right of Return and Withdrawal
The customer has the right to return the product he/she purchased within 14 (fourteen) days, without giving any reason and without paying any penalty.
The returned product must be unused, in its original packaging and with tags.
For the return process, the Customer applies to the Seller by filling out the [Return Request Form]. Details regarding the return process are specified in the [Return Policy].
The payment made as a result of the return process is made back to the Customer with the same payment method.
7. Termination of the Contract
If the Seller detects that the information specified on the Customer's order is not correct, it has the right to terminate the contract unilaterally.
If the Customer wishes to cancel his order, he may apply to the Seller with an Order Cancellation Request.
8. Obligations and Responsibilities
The Seller undertakes to deliver the order within the specified time. However, in case of delay in delivery due to external reasons such as natural disasters, war, strike, the Seller cannot be held responsible.
The Customer is responsible for checking that the products they ordered are not damaged when receiving them. If a damaged product is detected during delivery, the Customer must immediately notify the Seller.
9. Privacy and Protection of Personal Data
The Seller will use the Customer's personal data only as required by this agreement and in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698.
Customer's personal information will not be shared with third parties and will only be used to provide services.
10. Competent Court
[City Name] Courts and Enforcement Offices are authorized to resolve disputes arising from this Agreement.
11. Entry into force
This Distance Selling Agreement shall enter into force upon confirmation of the order placed by the Customer on the site.
By approving this Agreement, the Customer agrees to act in accordance with the terms of the agreement.
