Return policy

We always prioritize customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with the products you have purchased, you can return them in accordance with the terms and conditions below.

Return Period: You must make your return request within 14 days from the date you received the product. Returns made within 14 days are accepted. Returns will not be made for products that have exceeded the return period.

Return Conditions:

The product must be unused, unwashed and in its original packaging.
The labels, invoice and other accessories that came with the product must be returned completely.
The product can be returned as long as there is no specific usage error or defect.


Non-Returnable Products: The following products are not eligible for return:

Products that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, such as underwear, swimsuits, and pajamas.
Specially designed or personalized products.


Discounted or promotional products (Returns are not accepted for these products).
Product labels, packaging, and used products.


Return Process: To initiate a return process, you can contact our customer service by filling out the [Return Request Form]. After your application and return approval, you can send the product back to the specified address.

Return Fees: Shipping costs for returned products will be covered by us in case of product error or incorrect shipping. However, in case of incorrect selection or error made by the customer, the shipping fee belongs to the buyer.

Refund of Return Fee: Once the return is approved, your payment will be made within 7 business days after the product is received. Payment will be made with the payment method used for purchase.
